Dallas Update

I've been pretty busy. Basically after a week of eating Chinese/Vietnamese food in Houston, I went to Dallas to do the same. From early morning dim sum to Christmas dinner hot pots. I've been keeping myself busy by doing some yard work to playing video games with my brother. I watched Pursuit of Happyness which was over-rated. Also, I almost had a heart attack during Christmas because my dad was complaining about unusual headaches and then he fainted. After getting diagnosed, he didn't have what I feared to be a stroke. I've been working on homemade New Years card for my friends. So if you've been good to me you'll get something unless you're a guy because that's kinda gay and I'm lazy.

I have also been going to a new gym near me called LA Fitness. It's weird not going to Gregory gym anymore but the gym is really big and good enough for now. They have a decent court and the weight room is just as good as Gregory's. There's this small girl that works there as a personal trainer. She has blond hair and a fake tan. Well all the people that work there have super fake tans. And she has quite a figured body meaning she's volume at the right places but she also has a face of a dog. All the guys that work there think she's super hot. I would agree if I could ignore the giant dog mask she's wearing. Then there's this girl that is a regular and she's got a better body as a man than me. She's got a eight-pack and has ripped arms. There's couple other girls that are built but none are that defined. As for the guys, it's just a normal gym. There's the guys that are trying to be the world's strongest fag. There's also the fat guys like me. There's douche bags like me. There's the normal trying to be healthy guys. Then there's the little men trying to be bigger men. Oh speaking of men, there's this hot girl on the ellipticals. Considering I would rather run 4 miles on a track than run a mile on a treadmill, I almost got myself on a treadmill to get a better look at her. Haven't seen a girl look that good in a while. Then I saw she has an orange fake tan and I was severely disappointed. The basketball court is small like the old Greg courts. On one side, the wall serves as a side line so I wouldn't run down that side or you might get checked into the boards. The baselines are also pretty small. I've shot around and played some pick up games. Let's put it this way, I haven't found anyone better than me. I dominate the courts. I admit I've only been there for two evenings but it's pretty sad when I'm the best player there. They all play really soft, and I get free lay-ups anytime I want. I think they're just people that workout and have no lateral movement because they only workout or run.

Anyways, looks like I'm getting really comfortable in Dallas. Other than the lack of friends, I'm really starting to like it back here. My parents even gave me incentives to stay by saying they'll buy me a car. My eyes were wide open at first but the only reason I want a new car is because I want a hybrid so I remembered that I really don't care too much for a new car. I even did a super lazy job of job searching. Honestly, I don't see any job better than what the Army has to offer. Other than boot camp, I have no concerns. I have quite a bit of a personality conflict when it comes to boot camp standards but I think I'll survive.

Anyways, for those that want a short summary, my Dallas trip has been busy. Saturday is our big Alamo Bowl game. Go Horns.
