Fought the Law and Law Won

It's just sad to see that we have laws that do the exact opposite of democracy. I mean, our country was based on several basic beliefs and one was that laws are supposed to protect the weak, not to strengthen the strong. One of my biggest motivations for wanting to teach was to change this. I hate seeing the fact that every day, we find new ways to screw over the poor and weak. I hate the fact that our education system is set in a way for the weak to fail. Although I am no longer pursuing my teaching career, I do still feel same about the issue. Going to the Army soon, I hope I will not be someone suppressing the weak.
