So I took care of this Major General (two star) and he starts asking me, are you a tennis player, you look like one. I chuckle and tell him yeah I used to be and tell him my long given up sport background. Well he tells me to get back into it and he'll give me all the contacts to find the right players. He obviously got me motivated but all in honestly, I just don't have the time. I remember my dad telling me when I was younger, "never enough hours in a day." I never really experienced that feeling until recently. I just want to do so much. As of right now I'm working easily 40+ hours a week, I go to school full time, I play on a intramural team, I take weekly country dance lessons with my cowboys boots yeehaw, play morning ball with some sergeant majors, first sergeants and colonels, and I still want to do more. I want to play tennis, I want to learn bjj first hand, I want to get back into old hobbies and new hobbies. I guess no one lives long enough. I guess seeing everything around me slowly die, I just don't feel like I'm invincible or immortal. I just don't feel young anymore.
I know I digressed so I wanted to say, Kim Clijsters is amazing. Just had a baby and retired for how long and now comes back and dominating. Women's tennis is 2easy.
